Welcome to El Paso Society for Human Resource Management (El Paso SHRM). It is a privilege to serve as your 2026 President and to support the HR professionals who shape workplaces across our region.

Our 2026 vision—Connect, Prepare, Grow—guides everything we do. We will connect HR professionals through meaningful networking and collaboration; prepare our members with practical, timely education to meet today’s workplace challenges; and grow individual careers, organizational effectiveness, and our chapter’s impact.

As a border community, we also recognize the unique opportunity to connect, prepare and grow alongside our fellow HR professionals on the other side of the border. By building cross-border relationships and sharing perspectives, we strengthen our collective understanding of workforce issues that affect our binational region.
